Description
The Maximal1RD rack mount access power controller is engineered to efficiently distribute and manage power for access control systems and related accessories. It transforms a 115VAC 50/60Hz input into sixteen (16) independently managed 12VDC or 24VDC PTC-protected outputs. These outputs are activated through normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) dry trigger inputs from various access control technologies, such as Access Control Systems, Card Readers, Keypads, Push Buttons, and PIR sensors. It effectively routes power to a wide range of access control hardware, including Mag Locks, Electric Strikes, and Magnetic Door Holders. The outputs can function in Fail-Safe and/or Fail-Secure modes. With the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) Interface, the unit can facilitate emergency egress, enable alarm monitoring, or trigger additional auxiliary devices. Each output’s fire alarm disconnect feature can be individually selected, providing versatile options for security professionals.
