Description
The Maximal1RHDV rack mount power distribution unit is designed for access control systems, efficiently managing and switching power to various access control components and peripherals. It converts a 220VAC input (with an operational range of 198V AC to 256V AC) at 50/60 Hz into eight (8) independently controlled outputs, providing 12V DC or 24V DC power with PTC protection. These outputs are activated via a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) dry trigger input from devices such as access control systems, card readers, keypads, push buttons, or PIR sensors. This power controller supports a wide range of access control equipment, including magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders, and it is capable of functioning in both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure modes. The unit also includes an FACP interface for emergency egress, alarm monitoring, and triggering other auxiliary devices. Additionally, the fire alarm disconnect feature can be individually configured for each output, providing enhanced safety and flexibility.
