Description
The Maximal75FD Power Management Unit is engineered to distribute and control power for access control systems and associated accessories. This unit transforms a 120VAC 60Hz input into sixteen (16) independently managed, PTC-protected 12VDC and 24VDC power-limited outputs. These outputs can be activated by an open collector sink or a normally open (NO) dry trigger input from access control systems, including keypads, push buttons, and REX PIR sensors. The unit efficiently channels power to various access control hardware, such as magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders. It supports both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure operating modes. Additionally, the unit’s Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) interface facilitates emergency egress, alarm monitoring, and can trigger other auxiliary devices. The fire alarm disconnect feature is customizable for each of the sixteen (16) outputs. All interconnected equipment must comply with UL listing standards.
