Description
The PDB-8F8R / 8C8R is a compact, efficient power distribution and control solution tailored for Access Control Systems with Fire Alarm Interface integration. This access control panel features an 8-position power distribution board equipped with individual relays and input control for each output.

– Eight robust relays with dedicated inputs and status LEDs
– Relay inputs can be activated through low current open collector, normally closed, or normally open switches
– Includes an EOL (End of Line) resistor; with a fire interface master trigger that deactivates all enabled output relays
– Supports universal power input ranging from 12 to 28 VDC (nominal 12-24 VDC)
– The 8C8R model is Class 2 power limited
– The 8F8R model requires Class 1 wiring unless powered by a UL 294, UL 603, ULC S318, or ULC S533 listed power supply with a class 2 output. A minimum separation of ¼ inch is required between power limited and non-power-limited circuits.
– Available with either fuses or PTC circuit breakers
– Each output can be individually configured with:
– Fire Trigger (FT) enabled or disabled (FTD)
– N/O or N/C configuration for relay-switched outputs
– Outputs 1-8 feature both protected continuous output and relay-controlled output
– Option to isolate control power and main lock power using separate power supplies
