The AL1024X220 is a robust power supply and charger, engineered for seamless conversion of a standard 220VAC, 50/60Hz input into a non-power limited 24VDC output. It operates within an input range of 198VAC to 256VAC, and has an input fuse rated at 3.5A/250V. For output, it offers a continuous supply current of 10A tailored for access control systems and 8A for fire alarm systems, ensuring reliable performance across various security and safety applications. Enhanced with filtered and electronically regulated output, this unit also includes protections against short circuits and thermal overloads.
The AL1024X220 features a built-in charger for sealed lead acid or gel batteries, automatically switching to battery power during AC outages, while providing supervision for AC failure, low battery, and battery presence through form “C” contacts. Users can select a notification trigger set at either 30 seconds or 6 hours, per application needs. It includes visual indicators with separate LED signs for both AC input and DC output statuses.
Designed for optimal operation within a temperature range from 0 to 49°C (32 to 120°F) and storage between -20 to 70°C (-4 to 158°F), its functional reliability is enhanced with a relative humidity tolerance of 85% ± 5%. The system has a BTU output of approximately 123 BTU/Hr. and requires a system AC input of 550VA for operation.
