These offline power solutions feature a high-performance lead-acid battery charger that maximizes battery longevity while delivering 12 VDC or 24 VDC uninterruptible power tailored for access control systems. With globally adaptable AC input options, the AQS models can be utilized worldwide. Their exceptional brownout resilience allows operation at 85% of the nominal voltage. Extensive filtering ensures linear output, and they are equipped with electronic safeguards against battery reversal, shorting, and overloading. All variants offer power-limited output and thermal protection when paired with a distribution board, with self-restoring protective features.
The AQS series are UL Listed and include advanced supervisory features for the security sector:
– Battery disconnect relay for depleted batteries
– Form “C” relay contacts signaling AC power failure
