The LifeSafety Power RD250 Series is a robust rackmount power supply specifically engineered for the access control, security, and CCTV sectors within the life safety industry. This electrical enclosure provides 20 Amp at 12VDC and 10 Amp at 24VDC with 16 auxiliary distribution outputs for seamless power management. The UL Listed design fits neatly in an indoor 19″ W x 3.5″ H x 14″ D rackmount configuration.
Featuring the FLEXPOWER RD SERIES, this system offers 12/24VDC in single or dual voltage outputs, tailored for industries such as access control, security camera systems, and mass notification. The solution comes with multiple power distribution outputs, enhancing auxiliary equipment power distribution efficiency. Models with the “/E” designation are factory-preset to accommodate a 230VAC input.
Users can select configurations with up to two, eight, or sixteen continuous or switched power outputs. These outputs, each protected by a 3A fuse (5A for H variant), include SurgeShied™ technology for electrical surge protection from lightning or transients. The system supports user selection between 12 or 24VDC, with factory default set at 12VDC, and provides the option for failsafe or failsecure operation by activating the fire alarm input, with a default setting of failsafe.
