The RGM150 Series represents a robust 150W integrated 2U rackmount power system, specially designed for comprehensive access control solutions. This system seamlessly integrates system power, lock power, and Mercury controllers within its framework.
The RGM enclosures facilitate the installation of two Mercury controllers alongside multiple Life-Safety Power FlexPower® devices, supporting an access control system that manages up to four doors in a standalone setup, or more when interconnected. Depending on the RGM model number, LSP power modules are incorporated, with the Mercury controllers being sourced per project requirements by the system integrator.
This system offers versatile configuration options including single (12V or 24V DC) or dual voltage operation (12V and 24V DC), with features such as power distribution and control, individual output protection via fuses or Class 2 power limiting, buffered lock control, and capabilities for remote monitoring and testing. The SurgeShield™ protection safeguards each LSP output from electrical surges from lightning or transient external interferences. Additionally, each LSP control output supports user-selectable DC voltage settings for either failsafe or failsecure operation, complete with fire alarm interface compatibility.
The advanced network reporting options include capabilities to track operational fault status, power supply outputs, battery charging metrics (voltage and current), and fire alarm input status. These features enable automated status updates, diagnostic servicing, and battery load testing remotely, effectively minimizing or eliminating on-site servicing expenses.
The unit is engineered to fit within a standard four-post EIA 19-inch electronics rack, accommodating a maximum depth of 36 inches.
