The RGS150 Series is a high-performance 150W 2U rackmount power system that integrates system and lock power with various access control controllers.
RGS enclosures are designed to mount one ISTAR ULTRA or ULTRA SE ACM and multiple LifeSafety Power FlexPower® devices, creating a versatile access control solution capable of managing eight doors autonomously or multiple doors in a network. The necessary LifeSafety Power modules and controllers are determined by the specific requirements of each project.
This system offers customizable options including single (12V DC) or dual voltage operation (12V and 24V DC), comprehensive power distribution and control, individual output protection with either fuses or class 2 power limiting, enhanced lock control, and remote reporting and testing capabilities. Each output is safeguarded against electrical surges with SurgeShield™, and can be individually configured for various DC voltages and either failsafe or failsecure modes compatible with fire alarm systems.
Optional network monitoring features include operational fault alerts, power supply status, battery charging parameters, and fire alarm input status. Remote diagnostics and battery load testing can be scheduled, reducing the need for on-site maintenance.
Designed for a standard four-post EIA 19-inch electronics rack installation, this system has a maximum depth of 36 inches.
