Description
The StrikeIt1V Dual Channel Panic Device Power Controller is engineered to manage the high-current demands of panic hardware locking mechanisms. Each lock channel features an adjustable relock delay timer, providing the ability to either control a pair of doors simultaneously or manage two separate doors independently. The unit includes follower relays for each output to facilitate the triggering of external relays, ADA-compliant push plate switches, and more. The delayed follower relays are specifically designed to operate automatic door openers for doors that remain locked continuously or are unlocked during business hours. Additionally, it offers two unswitched auxiliary voltage outputs to supply power to card readers, keypads, Request-to-Exit (REX) passive infrared sensors, electronic timers, relays, and similar devices. The configurable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) interface can either supply or cut power to the lock outputs when activated. LED indicators are incorporated to display the status of AC power, FACP status, and provide lock output wiring supervision. Advanced logic capabilities protect against accidental short circuits in lock outputs, ensuring reliable performance in critical access control scenarios.
