Description
The ECS-KSW6 is a single gang electrical cover plate designed for seamless integration with the ECS-6RM system controller in the AV integration industry. This setup allows for remote activation of the ECS-6RM system controller and provides comprehensive channel monitoring through the ECS-KSW6 control panel. This panel can be strategically installed at a distance of several hundred feet from the ECS-6RM controller, ensuring flexibility in system design. For enhanced security in commercial environments, a keyed On/Off switch is included. The panel features six Bi-Color LEDs, each corresponding to the six sequenced channels of the ECS-6RM, effectively replicating the Channel Activation LEDs found on the front of the ECS-6RM unit. Installation of the ECS-KSW6 panel involves an RJ45 connector and 8 conductors, with the use of CAT5 cable recommended for optimal performance within structured cabling systems.
