These ProWire Unified Power wall-mount units are dual-voltage access control power systems, meticulously wired for compatibility with Mercury controllers, a key component in security system integration. ProWire facilitates the specification and deployment of standardized access control power solutions across enterprises, ensuring consistent operation, streamlined maintenance, and efficient servicing. The C8 or M8 control modules offer 24 access control inputs, capable of either voltage or dry contact activation, coupled with 24 programmable outputs designed for fail-safe or fail-secure functions at 12V or 24V DC, managed via the power supply’s fire alarm interface. The D8 modules provide forty auxiliary outputs, with each output in dual-voltage systems being configurable for 12V or 24V DC operation. Fully managed models substitute some or all of the D8 modules with M8 modules to enhance control capabilities. ProWire Unified Power enclosures feature painted steel with a removable backplate, lock, keys, and a tamper switch, ensuring security and durability. They are 100% factory-tested, ensuring readiness for final panel installation and field wire termination, crucial for seamless security infrastructure implementation.
