The KT-2 Ethernet-enabled 2-Door Controller is designed to support four access control readers and can be operated in two distinct, user-friendly modes. In Standalone Mode, the KT-2 offers fundamental 2-Door security through a straightforward web browser interface, eliminating the necessity for a connection to a central host system. Alternatively, the KT-2 can be integrated with the robust EntraPass Security Management Software to deliver advanced, comprehensive access control capabilities, including Wi-Fi connectivity. The integration of a built-in Wi-Fi antenna streamlines installation processes and reduces costs, making it an ideal access control solution for projects with complex infrastructure that would otherwise necessitate extensive cabling.
