Enhance existing iCLASS SE® and multiCLASS SE® readers to support HID Mobile Access and secure end-to-end communication via the Open Secure Device Protocol (OSDP) standard. Also, maintain configuration and firmware updates with the HID Reader Manager mobile app.
The Bluetooth & OSDP Upgrade Kit is easy to install and includes a plug-in module and adhesive reflector backplate sticker to optimize performance. Each kit upgrades one reader.
**Bluetooth Capability:**
Enables compatibility with HID Mobile Access, providing a seamless user experience across iOS® and Android™ devices. Readers can be set up to interact with smartphones using a “tap” or HID Global’s patented “Twist and Go” gesture technology to access doors. In addition, Bluetooth functionality supports reader configuration and updates through the HID Reader Manager mobile app, enhancing the efficiency of managing and customizability to meet customer needs.
**OSDP Capability:**
Ensures support for the OSDP communications standard, enabling advanced communication and security features for data transmission between reader and controller.
