This innovative approach is powered by HID Global’s Trusted Identity Platform™ (TIP), designed for enhanced applications, mobility, and robust security. iCLASS SE smart cards offer multiple securely partitioned areas, each safeguarded by 64-bit diversified read/write keys, enabling complex applications and facilitating future scalability. With features like mutual authentication, encrypted data transfer, and diverse read/write capabilities, iCLASS SE technology enhances secure access control and performance.
These smart cards are available in 2k, 16k, or 32k bit configurations and offer the option to include a magnetic stripe or barcode. The cards comply with ISO standards for size and thickness, suitable for direct image and thermal transfer printing. They feature a print-ready graphics quality surface, offered in either standard PVC or durable composite polyester/PVC construction, ideal for high wear and tear environments. iCLASS SE smart cards can incorporate visual security and anti-counterfeiting measures like holograms, ultra-violet fluorescent inks, micro-printing, or bespoke logos to ensure authenticity. The 13.56 MHz read/write contactless smart card technology is versatile, supporting applications including physical access control, PC logon, biometric authentication, time and attendance tracking, cashless vending, public transit, airline ticketing, and customer loyalty initiatives.
