Built upon Secure Identity Object™ (SIO) and the Trusted Identity Platform™ (TIP) architecture, these smart cards are designed for advanced applications, enhanced mobility, and robust security. The iCLASS SE cards boast multiple securely separated application areas, each safeguarded by 64-bit diversified read/write keys, allowing for sophisticated applications and accommodating future scalability. With mutual authentication, encrypted data transfer, and 64-bit diversified keys, iCLASS SE technology ensures secure access control and heightened performance.
These smart cards are offered in 2k, 16k, or 32k bit formats, with optional magnetic stripe or barcode features, adhering to ISO standards for card dimensions compatible with direct image and thermal transfer printers. The cards feature a high-quality graphical surface ideal for Photo ID printing and are available in both standard PVC and durable polyester/PVC composite constructions for high-stress environments. iCLASS SE smart cards can be enhanced with visual security and anti-counterfeiting measures, such as holograms, ultra-violet fluorescent inks, microprinting, and custom logos for easy authentication.
Operating at 13.56 MHz, iCLASS SE smart card technology supports a wide range of applications, including physical access control, PC logon, biometric authentication, time and attendance, cashless vending, public transportation, airline ticketing, and customer loyalty programs.
