The 8099 Dummy Push Bar is engineered for use with narrow stile aluminum, hollow metal, and wooden doors that do not necessitate a latching or locking life-safety exit solution.
Functionality:
This Dummy Push Bar features no latch mechanism but includes either single or dual monitor/signal switches. It can be paired with a maglock, allowing the push bar to disable the magnet and permit building exit. The dual switch version offers redundancy as required by code or for operating a signal device. It is suitable for applications with single or double doors.
