CAT6/Class E UTP patch cords should feature 24AWG unshielded twisted pair stranded copper cable with high-performance modular plugs on each end. These cables shall be available in various colors to provide design flexibility and shall come equipped with a clear strain relief boot on each modular plug. Additionally, each patch cord must be compatible with both T568A and T568B wiring configurations.
