The Optex OP-08C passive infrared door sensor is a dependable and cost-effective solution for various automatic door applications. Its compact design also allows it to be used in recessed installations. The OP-08 combines aesthetics, adaptability, and high performance for request-to-exit PIR applications. It can be mounted on the transom or ceiling and features 10 customizable detection zones that can be easily masked to adjust detection areas. The unique ‘Wide & Deep’ pattern adjustment feature effectively doubles your detection pattern options. Available in black or white, the OP-08 offers Fail Safe or Fail Secure options, operates on 12-24V AC/DC, and includes a form C relay.
