The E-Plex wireless external antenna kit, including 4C batteries, is designed for compatibility with E-Plex 5600 and 5700 Series smart locks. This kit seamlessly converts these electronic locks to operate within a ZigBee wireless environment, facilitating integration with Keyscan Aurora access control software. It features an antenna with a back-plate and a connecting cable, strategically placing the RF antenna on the secure side of the door, behind the E-Plex lock. This setup ensures optimal RF signal transmission, particularly when a Gateway or Router is positioned on the unsecured side of the door.
