The versatile RFID readers are compatible with standardized protocols such as iCLASS, MIFARE Classic, and MIFARE DESFire EV1. The “Parking Hold” functionality enables integration with loop detectors to ensure precise vehicle detection in parking lanes. Two secure RFID units can be stationed one meter apart for “HI-LO” configurations suitable for both truck and car use. iCLASS proximity cards utilize diversified 64-bit keys for two-way authentication, ensuring encrypted data transmission between the reader and the card. The devices feature an internally or host-controlled beeper and multi-colored LED display for enhanced user interaction.
