Description
Overview – The desktop reader is engineered to complement your PC setup, providing a streamlined solution for adding access control tokens to a Net2 system. This access control reader is also equipped to detect lost token identifiers and is compatible with both Net2 and MIFARE® access tokens.
Installation – The setup is hassle-free; simply connect the access control reader to a USB port. No additional connections are needed. This flexibility allows for the deployment of multiple desktop readers across various workstations for expanded access management.
Functionality – When a new access control token is presented to the reader, the user-friendly software welcomes you with the new user wizard, displaying the corresponding card number. You can then input the user’s details and efficiently assign the access token. In cases where an existing token is used, the system seamlessly retrieves and displays the associated user record for convenient access management.
