Description
The aptiQ® MT20W multi-technology enrollment reader is engineered to streamline the enrollment process for smart credentials and multi-technology credentials. Powered through a USB cable, which can be connected to a computer’s USB port or a powered USB adapter, the MT20W utilizes a Wi-Fi connection to enroll no-tour credentials seamlessly.
The device is compatible with aptiQ smart credentials, such as MIFARE® Classic and MIFARE DESFire™ EV1, and integrates with no-tour access control systems when paired with supported locks. This setup allows for the assignment of access rights to users or residents without the need for property staff to physically interact with (or tour) the lock. Access permissions are automatically updated the next time the new credential is presented to the compatible lock.
