Available in various sizes, each OmniClass reader integrates advanced smart card technology, enabling the simultaneous support of biometric profiles and multiple applications on a single card. Designed to retrofit any Wiegand output reader, these readers are compatible with standard proximity readers, including those using HID and Honeywell technology. The intelligent smart card technology is ideal for access control, logical (PC) access, biometric template storage, parking systems, secure IDs with embedded tamper-proof digital photos, ePurse functionalities, and other applications requiring secure and dependable read/write capabilities. OmniClass 2.0 readers adhere to global 13.56 MHz smart card technology standards, supporting formats like OmniClass, OmniClass 2.0, iCLASS, iCLASS SR/SE, iCLASS Seos, and MIFARE Classic and MIFARE DESFire EV1. Additionally, they offer optional support for 125 kHz Prox technology, including HID Prox, EM4102, and AWID.
