Constructed with a sturdy .120″ wall tube, the pedestal is engineered to endure harsh weather conditions and vandalism. The gooseneck is precisely bent with a 6″ center radius using advanced mandrel bending technology to ensure a smooth curve without deforming. For maximum durability, the pedestal undergoes a rigorous cleaning process involving phosphoric acid cleaning, rinsing, and drying to remove contaminants and is then coated with a UV-protected, outdoor-rated TGIC polyester powder finish.
