The manufacturing process includes a phosphoric acid wash, rinse, and drying to remove contaminants, grease, and rust, followed by a TGIC polyester powder coating with UV protection for enhanced durability in outdoor environments. Each pedestal comes with carriage bolt hardware, foam packaging, and is individually boxed for secure shipping. Customization options, such as colors, heights, reaches, faceplates, and base plates, are available for an additional cost and may require extra lead time.
