This pedestal comes equipped with an AWID MM-6800 Proximity Card Reader for rapid integration and deployment. For customization, various hole patterns and cutouts can be accommodated for a nominal fee. Distinct from its competitors, this pedestal features a concealed fastening system, mounted internally using a rear access panel for seamless installation. While other bollards often become unstable soon after installation due to a lightweight two-piece anchor-bollard configuration, this pedestal remains steadfast thanks to its robust one-piece construction and durable .25-inch thick base plate securely anchored to the floor. Crafted from stainless steel, this bollard has successfully undergone our rigorous wind testing protocol, demonstrating its ability to withstand sustained Category 5 hurricane-force winds of up to 157 mph.
