This mounting pedestal is engineered with a cutout specifically designed to accommodate a 3-module access control device. For installations involving single or double-module devices, please consult with our Sales Engineers to discuss customization options. It features a nickel powdercoat finish, achieved by zinc priming followed by a TGIC outdoor-rated polyester powder coating, ensuring a perfect match with the device. An access panel is conveniently located on the backside. Unlike competing bollards that utilize a lightweight 2-piece anchor design prone to wobbling soon after installation, this robust stainless steel tower is fabricated with a one-piece design, welding the post and base together, and features a .25″ thick base plate for secure floor attachment. Detailed guidance can be found in the “Installation Instructions.” In addition, this stanchion has undergone rigorous facewind testing, confirming its ability to withstand sustained Category 5 hurricane winds of 157 mph.
