With the wedge backplate, you can tilt the 2N® IP Solo intercom by 25°, enhancing your surveillance options for the entryway. This installation accessory is particularly useful in two key scenarios. First, when the intercom is located on the same wall as the entrance, enabling the camera to effectively monitor the doorway. Second, when the intercom is placed perpendicular to the entrance, allowing the camera to cover the entire approach path. For visual examples, refer to the gallery.
It’s important to note that this backplate is exclusively compatible with the surface mount installation models (01301-001/01302-001). The wall contact area measures 4.528 x 5.276 inches.
