Heavy-Duty Industrial Specification Grade Duplex Receptacle Outlet featuring two outlets, each labeled as “Controlled,” and designed with a smooth face in a gray finish. This 15 Amp, 125 Volt receptacle supports back or side wiring and is configured with a NEMA 5-15R, 2-pole, 3-wire, self-grounding setup. Leviton provides customizable imprinting options to comply with the 2014 National Electrical Code requirements for identifying receptacles that are part of an automated plug load control program and are designed to be automatically de-energized. All 15A and 20A, 125V receptacles that are under automatic control will carry a designated symbol for easy identification.
