The APC by Schneider Electric Switched Rack Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is designed for efficient power distribution to devices housed within server racks. This advanced PDU is equipped with a sensor to measure the current usage of itself and the devices connected to it, providing robust power management capabilities. It supports versatile monitoring options through Web, Telnet, SNMP, SSH, or StruxureWare Data Center Expert® interfaces to ensure seamless integration in data center operations.
**Inlet:** The unit features an IEC-320-C14 power inlet on the front, facilitating convenient connectivity to the power source.
**Outlets:** The PDU is outfitted with eight IEC-320-C13 outlets, each offering independent control for optimal equipment management. The unit’s firmware enhances functionality by supporting Outlet User accounts, empowering precise power control within your rack or enclosure.
**Digital Display:** A digital display is included to exhibit the total current consumption, enhancing monitoring efficiency.
**Power Cord:** An 8 ft (2.4 m) power cord terminates in a C14 plug and connects to a single power source, strategically positioned on the front of the PDU to ease accessibility and installation within data center environments.
