It features switched outlets for remote management and offers both outlet-level and PDU-level power metering to ensure comprehensive power visibility and prevent potential overloads. The innovative 4-in-1 combination outlets allow unparalleled deployment flexibility, accommodating C13, C19, C15, or C21 outlets. This PDU provides maximum outlet density, packing 40 outlets into a compact 2.2-inch-wide design, while color-coded outlets by breaker enhance deployment ease. Power sharing capabilities allow cascading of PDUs through dual Ethernet ports, ensuring continuous functionality of the Network Management Card during AC power loss, maintaining uninterrupted network communication, sensor operation, and alarm traps. The Live Swap Network Management Card facilitates easy replacement without shutting down the PDU or connected devices, minimizing downtime. Rated for operation in high-density environments up to 60°C (140°F) at full load, it guarantees reliability and availability. The inclusion of Gigabit Ethernet enhances network connectivity, and a secondary 10/100 Ethernet port supports PDU cascading, private network connections, or network redundancy. With 1% metering accuracy, the APC NetShelter Rack PDU Advanced offers precision for billing based on power usage, capacity planning, and alarm monitoring. Two environmental sensor ports accommodate optional sensors (sold separately) for added monitoring capabilities.
