The DITEK DTK-HVACKIT surge protection solution features essential components for safeguarding HVAC systems. It includes a DTK-120/240CM+ surge protector designed for HVAC condenser units, alongside a DTK-4LVLPLV to shield thermostat control circuits at the air handler.
- 120/240V single-phase surge protective device (SPD) with a NEMA 4X enclosure, which should be installed and wired on the load side of the disconnect switch
- A 4-pair, 24V surge protection device, intended for installation in series with the thermostat control wires at the air handler
