The Ubiquiti Networks EP-54V-150W-AC Secondary AC Power Supply Unit is designed to effectively enhance the power capacity of the EdgePower EdgePoint DC Power Supply, doubling the output to a robust 300 watts. This increased power capability allows the PSU to support EdgePoint routers and switches, as well as supply power to connected PoE devices. Users can allocate the on-board power to provide 150 watts for network devices and reserve the remaining 150 watts as backup power in case the primary PSU encounters any issues. Additionally, the secondary PSU module is hot-swappable, enabling seamless module replacement without the necessity of shutting down the entire system.
