The FlexPower FPO150-B100E1 is a dual voltage offline power supply and battery charger crafted specifically for the life safety industry. This power solution is capable of delivering two pairs of outputs, with user selectable options for 12 or 24 VDC, all housed within a robust, painted steel enclosure that is lockable and includes a tamper switch as well as dedicated battery storage.
One of the outputs in each pair ensures continuous power for system operations, while the second output is programmable for either fail-safe or fail-secure activation, triggered by the initiation of a fire alarm disconnect.
Equipped with comprehensive fault detection and reporting capabilities, the unit allows for programmable fault delays and features data logging capabilities to track fault occurrences, battery usage time, and the current power supply status.
This system is meticulously designed to meet dual voltage needs of 12 and 24VDC, utilizing an FPO to generate 24VDC and a B100 to generate 12VDC. The FPO/B100 configuration offers significant advantages in terms of space and cost efficiencies, requiring only a single battery set to back up both DC voltage supplies.
