Description
The AX-084C serves as a Central Exchange Unit within the AX Integrated Audio & Video Security platform. It facilitates direct connections for Audio/Video and Audio-only Master or Door Stations using homerun CAT-5e wiring and RJ45 connectors. Supporting up to 4 Master Stations and 8 Door/Sub stations, the AX-084C can expand its capacity by increments of 32, accommodating up to 104 Door/Sub stations through additional AX-320C CEUs. This unit manages calling and communication signals, in addition to offering selective door release outputs, video outputs, DVR trigger outputs, and CO line transfer outputs. Configurations and functions are programmed with dedicated software. Power is supplied directly to the CEU via two PS-2420UL power supplies, and a serial connection is available for system programming uploads, raw RS232 data output, or system monitoring through the provided program.
