The WPVT-FN/WPVT-SN Series comprises flush- and surface-mount electroacoustic signaling solutions designed for weather-resistant applications. These industrial-grade devices are engineered to endure environmental challenges such as moisture, corrosion, dust, vibration, and extreme temperature variances ranging from -30° to 150°F. Each model is equipped with high-intelligibility, environment-resistant compression drivers, available with a choice of either a semi-recessed enclosure or a flush faceplate, and complemented by a range of mounting accessories. Additionally, a weatherproof call button enables secure call-in signaling in challenging environments. Offered in both 15-watt and 2-watt versions, there is also an optional 25-volt transformer to accommodate various functional and transmission needs. The 8-ohm compression driver is part of the patented VT Series, featuring water-sealed, die-cast zinc construction and an integral exponential sound projector for superior sound clarity. The momentary-action, heavy-duty push button for the call feature includes a 3-amp contact rating and a SPDT-type switch safeguarded by a weather-resistant rubber boot, ensuring reliable and safe operation even in outdoor and high-humidity environments.
