**About** – The Entry video intercom system operates independently or can be integrated with access control and video management systems, enhancing door entry with key features of access control software. Entry consists of three auto-detecting components: an external panel, an interior monitor, and a door control unit.
The Entry Premium monitor features a 7″ capacitive color touchscreen, concierge management functionality, and multiple personalization options with built-in themes. It can be wall-mounted or desk-mounted.
When paired with the Entry Touch panel, the premium monitor allows for two-way video calls and video voicemails.
**Installation** – Entry components are easily connected using Cat5 or standard RJ45 patch cables and can utilize existing network infrastructure for straightforward installation. PoE technology delivers power and data through the same cable, eliminating the need for separate power supplies.
The Entry monitor desktop stand allows for convenient positioning on a desk or table.
**Operation** – Visitors initiate a video call via the bell button on the external panel. Access can be granted through the Entry monitor with its intuitive touchscreen interface. The internal monitor offers both handset use for private calls and hands-free mode.
When integrated with access control systems, building access can be granted using a PIN, code, and/or proximity token. Moreover, smart credentials and Bluetooth® technology can be utilized for seamless entry.
