Description
The LEF-3 is a selective calling intercom master station capable of supporting up to four stations, including any combination of master and sub-stations. The system is versatile and can be customized to meet various communication requirements within its capacity limit. Incoming calls from any sub-station or door station trigger a momentary electronic monotone signal and an LED indicator, which stays illuminated for about two seconds. Communication at the calling master station operates on a press-to-talk, release-to-listen basis, while the receiving station user can respond hands-free. The master station offers selective call functionality, enabling conversations with any connected sub or master station. A privacy feature on the master and certain sub-stations prevents unauthorized listening; communication back to the calling master is audible only after disengaging the privacy mode.
