The NHX-50M Master Station serves as the central hub of the CommuniCare communication solution, designed to handle dual-level call reception and interface with up to 50 room stations. For larger installations, an optional 3-call expansion module boosts capacity to 80 stations. The user-friendly membrane-style control panel features tactile switches, offering durability with mar and moisture resistance ideal for environments prone to spills. A handset with voice-activated communication and a magnetic hook switch ensures reliable operation without mechanical parts. Key controls include a TALK button for “push-to-talk” communication, a TONE OFF button to mute call alerts, and an OFF button to end conversations. Convenient voice and tone volume controls are situated on the side, while additional volume controls are positioned at the bottom of the unit.
