Is the cellular network still down? Unfortunately, configuring the intercom system will require the Debug Module. Connect the Debug Module to the intercom and use an RJ45 network cable to link it to the module. This setup will allow access to the intercom’s web interface for configuration, just as if it were on a local area network (LAN). If any issues arise, download the device trace and forward it to our technical support team for further examination.
Please note that the LTE Verso Debug Module is intended solely for troubleshooting issues related to SIM cards and should not be used for permanently connecting the intercom to the LAN.
