Description
The BG-10C is an advanced all-call and chime adapter designed for integration with the Master Sentry Series intercom systems. This device features a built-in all-call amplifier, a chime generator, and an input for playing background music.
When a call is initiated from the door station, a four-stroke chime resonates through all master and sub-master stations. To respond, users can select the illuminated station button on the master station, press the “talk” button to communicate with the door, and release it to listen. The individual at the door station can speak hands-free.
The adjustable voice and music volumes are controlled via the LEF-C master stations. If background music is integrated, it will automatically mute during any system communication or door station interaction.
For initiating an “All Call”, users need to press and hold the “All Call” button while delivering their announcement. This will be preceded by a brief pre-tone at the receiving stations. Note that bidirectional communication is not possible while making an All Call, but other masters and sub-masters can engage by using their own “All Call” buttons.
