This access control technology is perfect for managing visitor entry at apartment complexes, gated communities, condominiums, office parks, and industrial properties. Tenants can communicate directly with visitors through the KTES, granting or denying entry via landline or mobile phone with easy-to-use controls. The KTES boasts straightforward installation and can integrate seamlessly with Kantech controllers while being remotely managed through EntraPass software. A simplified EntraPass version comes with the KTES, ensuring quick setup, firmware updates, real-time transaction monitoring, and system backups.
The innovative “No Phone Bill System” connects directly to each tenant’s telephone line, facilitating communication between visitors and tenants without additional phone charges. To implement this system, the following components are required: KTES-US or KTES-CDN, KTES-5000RB, KTES-5000IC, and a 16.5 VAC/40 VA plug-in transformer.
