The gooseneck pedestal features a precise 6-inch center radius bend, achieved through advanced mandrel bending techniques to ensure a uniform curve without compromising structural integrity. Each unit undergoes a meticulous preparation process, including a phosphoric acid wash, rinse, and drying to remove contaminants and rust, followed by a powder coating with an outdoor-rated TGIC polyester finish and UV protection to ensure long-lasting durability.
