Description
The OptiCam SC Fiber Optic Connector is designed for singlemode 9/125 micron OS1/OS2 fiber optic installations with 900-micron tight-buffered fiber. It features a streamlined field termination process that can be completed in approximately two minutes using the OptiCam 2 Termination Tool. With a pre-polished fiber endface, the need for time-consuming field polishing is eliminated, thereby reducing overall installation costs. The SC connector boasts a natural-colored body complemented by a blue-colored backbone, outer housing, and 900-micron boot.
