The OptiCam® ST Fiber Optic Connector is designed for multimode 62.5/125µm OM1 fiber applications, specifically for 900-micron tight-buffered fiber installations. Utilizing the OptiCam 2 Termination Tool, technicians can efficiently complete field terminations in approximately two minutes. The connector features a pre-polished fiber endface, which eliminates the need for labor-intensive field polishing, thereby lowering installation costs. It comes with a natural-colored body and backbone, along with a beige-colored 900µm boot, ensuring reliable performance in fiber optic connectivity projects.
