The Category 6A/Class E A, 8-position, shielded connector is engineered to terminate 4-pair, 22-26 AWG, 100-ohm shielded twisted pair cables without the need for a punchdown tool. These shielded connectors utilize a forward motion termination technique to optimize network performance by preserving cable pair geometry and minimizing conductor untwist. For easy identification, the termination cap is color-coded blue to indicate Category 6A compliance and includes a universal label for both T568A and T568B wiring configurations.
