Industrial Ethernet connectors with shielded Category 5e capabilities are designed for robust connectivity. These connectors create a reliable IP67/IP65 seal in conjunction with compatible IP67/IP65 plugs or patch cords. They surpass the ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 Category 5e and ISO 11801 2nd Edition Class D benchmarks. Engineered to meet industrial Ethernet specifications outlined by ODVA, TIA, and IEC, these sealed RJ45 connectors employ the patented Giga-TX Termination methodology for dependable terminations. They accommodate 4-pair 22 – 26 AWG solid and stranded twisted pair cables. The gaskets and seals are composed of chemically resistant, inert materials, and the connectors are made with materials rated for high temperatures. Tethered caps ensure ongoing seal integrity during unmated connections.
