Description
The Advantage Plan for single-phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and/or Power Distribution Units (PDUs) offers comprehensive repair services throughout the duration of the agreement. This includes dispatching certified service technicians to conduct repairs whenever issues arise, covering parts, labor, and travel expenses. The standard on-site service features a Next Business Day response time. Additionally, one-year upgrades for either 8-hour or 4-hour on-site response times are available in most regions.
