Description

The QuickNet™ SFQ Series MTP* Fiber Optic Cassettes are designed to meet all multimode and singlemode channel performance standards in the fiber optic industry. These fiber optic cassettes are essential for supporting network data speeds of up to 10 Gb/s, with laser-optimized OM3 fiber enabling link lengths of up to 300 meters, and OM4 fiber extending this capability to 550 meters. The optimized cassettes feature a maximum insertion loss of 0.5dB, while standard cassettes ensure a maximum of 0.75dB, adhering to the IEEE 802.3ae maximum channel loss specifications critical for reliable fiber optics performance. The QuickNet™ SFQ Series MTP* cassettes utilize high-performance MTP* connectors at the rear, routed to either 6 or 4 duplex LC ports, compliant with the TIA/EIA-568-C.3 color coding system. These cassettes effectively interface with high-density SFF MTP* interconnect cable assemblies. Furthermore, the high-density cassette patch panels accommodate up to 8 cassettes, offering the capacity for up to 96 fiber connections within a single rack unit (1 RU), optimizing space and efficiency in networking environments.
